It is common knowledge that it never rains but it pours. The inhabitants of a small island in the Pacific Ocean have known by their own bitter experience that misfortunes never come singly. Firstly they caught the bird flu from Chinese tourists and than a disastrous hurricane pounced upon the innocence isle.
